The plot of the centre is rectangular in shape, about 6,000 m2, where the southwest boundary has access from public roads, is the result of the union of an urban and a rural land. In an almost rural environment, the uniqueness of the site lies in its privileged position at the foot of the Sierra Parapanda, very close to the town centre, which characterises the profile of this area of the region of Loja. The project contemplates the construction of a nursery and primary school with 12 units, 3 nursery and 9 primary. This singularity is due to the fact that it is a centre with several peaks that make the number of units oscillate each year. In addition, the complex is made up of a gymnasium and sports court, forming a very compact piece in order to achieve more direct circulation between its spaces. The volumes that make up the construction adopt a greater horizontality and compactness to underline the imprint of the mountainous profile. The klinker in earthy tones used on the façade combines the desire for future conservation and chromatic acclimatisation in the environment.
